課程概述 |
The colloquium is open to faculty and doctoral students. It is designed to help students engage with prominent researchers to discuss research and become familiar with research agenda in organizational behavior, human resource, and strategic management.
We strongly encourage the first-year PhD students to take this class and invite senior PhD students to attend the speeches for the speakers will present their current work in prominent areas of research. |

課程目標 |
The objectives of the course are to provide students with opportunities to 1) discuss research, 2) understand how research is conducted, and 3) constructive criticize and offer feedback to the presenters. |
